  1. I was all excited when i saw who was narrating The Last Flight, only to discover the UK has a completely different narrator 😩

    1. That happens sometimes – I can only think that it’s down to publishers in different territories wanting to record specifically for their market. In the UK, this is simply “The Flight”.

  2. This past week I’ve listened to Object of Desire by Dal Maclean, narrated by Gary Furlong, which I know reviewers here loved. I gave it a B mainly because I know it’s well written, but I didn’t really enjoy it much. (I also felt there was a significant plot hole in this one.) I realize this author just isn’t for me, which is fine. We can’t all love the same thing. :-)

I then listened to Home Work by Kaje Harper and this one was definitely worked for me. J.F. Harding does an incredible job with the narration, especially towards the end.

Next was The Lights on Knockbridge Lane by Roan Parrish, narrated by Michael Dean. This was a C for me. I was bored and didn’t care much for the wise-beyond-her-years plot moppet.

Today I listened to A Thief in the Night by K.J. Charles, narrated by Joe James and Ryan Laughton. Definitely enjoyable. I gave it a B for story and narration. Not sure what’s up next, but probably Project Hero by Brair Prescott.
