  1. I am currently listening to Dark Wild Night by Christina Lauren. Up next is Why Not Me? by Mindy Kaling.

  2. I just finished Carry Me Home by Rosilind James narrated by Phil Gigante and Natalie Ross. Sweet romance with a little mystery thrown in. Beautifully performed. I could listen to Phil and Natalie narrate the phone book. I don’t know if anyone else does this, but I have go-to audio books that I will listen to in order to fall asleep at night. The Dressmaker Series and Lord of Scoundrels by Loretta Chase; performed by Kate Reading and the three books in the Fancy Lives of the Lear Sisters series; performed by Natalie Ross are favorites. I don’t have to worry about missing anything since I know them well and they are narrated by two of my favorites so they lull me to sleep. I am planning to listen to Never Trust a Pirate by Anne Stuart; narrated by Xe Sands next.

    1. I always keep an mp3 player by the bed loaded with old favourites in case I can’t sleep. It doesn’t happen often as I’m usually too knackered to stay awake for long once my head hits the pillow, but occasionally I will have trouble dropping off and will stick something on to help me doze off. I have to make sure it’s something I’ve listened to before, though, as otherwise I’ll stay awake listening to it!

    2. I don’t fall asleep to audiobooks reliably enough – I have to get out Freecell to lull me to sleep. Even reading in print doesn’t always do it – I tend to fight sleep to find out what happens next, even in a much-re-read book!
